The overflow valve of the vane pump is stuck and cannot be opened or the adjustment screw is adjusted too tightly;
The filter screen of the oil and gas separator is blocked, and the oil pipeline is too long and too thin to increase the load of the vane pump and generate noise;
The vane of the vane pump is stuck, causing the pulsation of the output oil to increase, causing the machine to generate noise and vibration;
The V-belt is too tight, which causes the sliding bearing of the vane pump to wear and causes the noise of the tanker to increase;
The blade or spring (sheet) is damaged, resulting in increased noise of the tanker;
If the pipe in the machine vibrates, the solution is to replace the anti-vibration hose.
